1. Refund Eligibility
- If we fail to deliver the report within the specified timeframe (2 hours), you may be eligible for a refund.
- If we fail to deliver the report within the specified timeframe, please email us at inquiry@motorfax.co.uk, and we'll process a full refund within 24 hours.
2. No Refunds After Report Delivery
- Once the report has been delivered to your email address within the specified timeframe, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- This is because our reports are generated specifically for each customer and are based on the information provided at the time of ordering.
3. Refund Process
- If we fail to deliver the report on time, we'll process a full refund without requiring further action from you.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
